They Have Some Nerve
This is something I need to be sayor it will eat away at me.
***** On February 26th of 2021, I wrote a post called;Temecula Valley Hospital Gets An F Grade. I told the story of how badly my wife treated by the Doctors and Nurses who work at this hospital. How I had to bring her to the hospital twice before they even looked at her seriously. But, unfortunately for her, her family who loved her, and myself, who lost my world, it was too late by then. She died on February 4th because of the incompetence of the staff!
I am highlighting this fact to show the world just how disconnected the employees at the Temecula Valley Hospital really are in the care of the local public. The post I wrote here on this blog that day was also copied word for word and put up on my Yelp page. I did get one reader on Yelp who agreed with me. I like to thank her here, publicly. Thank you. But I haven't looked at my Yelp page since then until I decided to write a nice review about my Dentist yesterday. Now here is the part that gets me really angry. What doesn't show up on Yelp for the public to see is the response the business sends you after your review. This is fromLauren S. of Temecula Valley Hospital. "Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us."(I didn't reach out, I wrote a Yelp review.) "We are sorry to hear about your frustrations and assure you that we take your concerns very seriously. Due to federal patient privacy laws, we cannot discuss your wife's care with you, however, we encourage her to reach out directly so that we can learn more about her experience."Then it goes on explaining How My Dead Wife can give her contact information so They Can Follow Up With Her! How can Lauren S.
take my concerns seriously if she never read my Post or even had
Skimmed though it?If she had,she might have noticed two sentences after the first paragraph which read, I love you honey. Rest In Peace!
