It doesn't look like that's what they're saying at all, if it makes you feel any better. It looks as if they're saying if you upload content (which you can do), you allow them to send it out *only on, through or by means of the Site, Application or Services*. That is, you are allowing them to distribute it (that's what Pinterest does, after all), but ONLY by means of Pinterest. Not by creating a book of it and selling it, for example. (That was, of course, the problem with Facebook's TOS, which said they could do anything they wanted with your content.)

Scared the bejeebers out of me for a minute there. But after a second look I think Laura might be right. "and otherwise exploit such Member Content only on, through or by means of the Site, Application or Services"
Then I was worried about the term sell. But I believe this is in relation to sell access to or advertising on Pinterest. But before uploading content I will definitely research this further.
