Great Numbers for #HeartsinDarkness: 10,000, 10, and 1!

What the heck are those numbers about? Well, as I celebrate the 10-month anniversary of the release of Hearts in Darkness, I'm only too happy to tell you!
10,000is the super exciting number of copies of Hearts in Darkness that has now sold!
10is the number of months in which those 10,000 books sold!
1is the ranking of the Hearts in Darkness cover in the HBARWA JABBIC Cover Contest, where it won First Place in the Readers' Choice Sexiest Cover of 2011!(I must give a HUGE nod to cover artist Tricia Pickyme Schmitt! And a thanks to all the readers who voted!)
Makenna James thinks her day can't get any worse, until she finds herself stuck in a pitch-black elevator with a complete stranger. Distracted by a phone call and juggling too much stuff, the pin-striped accountant caught only a glimpse of a dragon tattoo on his hand before the lights went out.

Caden Grayson is amused when a redhead literally falls at his feet. His amusement turns to panic when the power fails. Despite his piercings, tats, and vicious scar, he's terrified of the dark and confined spaces. Now, he's trapped in his own worst nightmare.

To fight fear, they must both reach out and open up. With no preconceived notions based on looks to hold them back, they discover just how much they have in common. In the warming darkness, attraction grows and sparks fly, but will they feel the same when the lights come back on?
One reader's view of Caden...
And for all of this I must extend to each of you a huge thank you! You guys have been the bestest readers an author could have, and I can't say enough to express my gratitude!
Thanks for reading,Laura

Sofia Grey And I must say, North of Need was A-May-Zing. I was gutted to hear that publication of West of Want has been delayed... < sad face >

Check out my review of North of Need (on Goodreads).
