Editing, the Part That Goes On and On and

I’m editing. Still. Again. That’s a lot of my life right now. Most of this manuscript was written in word-sprints when I was furloughed last spring, so it’s very much a mess. Eventually that mess caught up to me. I was unable to write the ending because I didn’t actually KNOW the rest of the story. I wrote what seemed like a good idea at the time, and if a better idea came to me, I wrote that too–or I just made a note to write it later, and went on like I had written it.
