Fantastic Resources for the Non-techie Author & Blogger

If you're like me, you're not exactly educated in the whole HTML-CSS-Blogger-Button-Badge stuff. You drool over the fantastic websites and blogs of those who are 'with it', you wonder how they did it, but that's about as far as you get.
