too long for html?

I've just received the second comment that there was an issue with the ends of the chapters in Magic Mansion. Two thoughts...maybe the voting box was an issue and I should put a link there instead...(though one of the comments came via the voting box so obviously it was showing up for the reader.)

I seem to remember with online fiction there was a rule of thumb that stories of over a certain length should be broken up, but I figured that was just old-school. I posted MM in chunks of about 6-7k words, two chapters each, or only one chapter if it was a really long one. Should I have broken it up farther?
