The Key to Happiness

Our lives have become routine.

Every day we wake up tired, already distracted, unsatisfied with life. 

Even going out and having fun looks like the same.

We have everything we need. Sure not everything we want.

For most of us, privileged people, all our needs are satisfied; Food, shelter, human touch…

We are still unhappy. 

But Why?

We simply choose to focus on what’s not working, rather than what’s actually working in our life.

When you focus on what’s working you become grateful for your life, you feel the gratitude.

When you are grateful for what you have your happiness level raises. When you become happier you vibrate on a higher frequency. When your energy frequency raises you just become an energetical match for better things to come.

You get what you are.

Whatever you focus on you get more of it.

When you are grateful for what you have you get more things to be grateful for.

Some of the happiest people I observed choose to focus on what they can change, on what they have control over, and choose to focus on what’s working in their lives. They do get hurt, they do feel the pain, but they transform all the pain into happiness.

They transform pain into happiness through gratitude. 

Live with the attitude of gratitude.

For me to have the attitude of gratitude means to wake up every day knowing that all things could go “wrong”, but still to consciously choose to focus on what goes well, what you have control over, what you like in your surroundings, what you love about your life, and what works.

I believe being unhappy is the easiest thing you can do. I believe one of the strongest people, are people who choose to be happy.
