As is always the case, because sod’s law prevails, within thirty minutes of my last post,  Who Killed Charlie Birch? went live in UK, US and Germany. Not sure why the rest of the world hasn’t caught up, and I waited overnight as the Cover hasn’t appeared either. Amazon are now working on that little conundrum.
