ORDERS OF BATTLE is out on audio
The delayed audiobook version of ORDERS OF BATTLE was released yesterday, and it’s now available via Amazon/Audible.
The new narrator is Eric G. Dove. As I have mentioned before, the delay in production was due to the unexpected passing of Angelo DiLoreto, who was scheduled to narrate the book originally. As most of you will probably understand, that sort of thing can’t be fixed on the spot.

Why did the narrator change from Luke Daniels? Changing the narrator part way though a series is one of biggest pet peeves. That being said there might a really good reason.

I increased my schedule to get out two novels a year, and Luke Daniels is so popular as an audiobook narrator that I managed to outpace his schedule, which is booked for the next year and a half.I would have loved to keep Luke as a narrator because having narrators switched in the middle of a series is one of my pet peeves as well. But he simply didn't have the time on his calendar.
An all time favorite series! I wasted no time digging in. Thanks Marko keep up the great work.

I thought that I would give you an update on my toughs of the new narrator after having re-listened to the whole series. I think I might like the new narrator more than the original one, it might just be that Luke Daniels does the narration on a lot of books that I listen to so hearing a new voice is refreshing. I vote for keeping Eric G. Dove for the future books.
PS speaking of future books, when might we be seeing book book eight released? That cliffhanger has me wanting more.
