Welcome to my Blog

Good morning, my name is Tamara and I have just finished my new book An Unexpected Royal. Being this was my first book it has been quite a journey for me.

I am married with two children and enjoy writing as much as I love dancing. I have always loved stories and movies about royalty and decided to come up with my own country inspired by the names of my children.

This will be the first book of an ongoing series, however, the first book is mostly an introductory to my characters. My future books will include dark writing and plenty of unexpected twists.

Being that this is my first ever book, I am still learning as I go, although I plan to never stop learning. My advice to future authors is to defiantly have beta readers to help catch mistakes you have made during writing. It amazes me how I read my book twice and still had typos I had to go back and fix, even after my book was published. I will admit it was somewhat embarrassing, but at the same time like I said it is a learning process.

Thanks to everyone who helped be get started and I am always open for questions, comments, advice, etc. I want to become a better writer but listening to reviews and audience advice will be one of the things that help me most.
