Wooh, my TENTH blog post!
Today I learned “plat du jour” means “dish of the day” in a French restaurant and tapioca comes from the carbohydrates extracted from a cassava plant in which the carbohydrates are then dried as flour. Also, human red blood cells are red because of the “heme” groups in hemoglobin.
Regarding my upcoming book, the protagonist and the antagonist are completed for this current section and the supporting characters will be filled in tomorrow. I get more excited every day!
