Email Provider AWeber Shut Me Down After An “Investigation”

If you’re wondering why you’ve yet to receive my email newsletter on Monday, it’s because my provider of thirteen years, AWeber, a competitor of Mailchimp, shut down my account. I had no prior violation with the company.

On Monday afternoon, I noticed that this week’s newsletter email was held in the queue instead of being sent out at noon like usual. I contacted support and got the following response:
