Money controls the world. Corporations, no matter how big (even banks) don't print their own money. Countries do that.

Also, big corporations don't control the military and don't have weapons of mass destruction.

No way to know for sure, but I imagine via back door channels a politician or a group of them probably asked Twitter and FB to shut Trump up.
