There were a whole bunch of bad takes on covid back in the spring. Mainly either saying it wouldn't be a problem or that cars would save us.  Wonder if any of those people have decided to take that back? Lol, I kid. The hot takes industry works on hot air getting rage clicks rather than any thinking function. Also if said hot take plays to the status quo or the powers that be, rest assured that a person can alway sbe wrong, never correct themselves and never pay for being wrong. I'm sure our society will be fine with such a feedback mechanism.

Oh, I'm sure we'll only get to 500k deaths this spring.
