When I wrote "A Castle of Doomsday" it was to mainly write English history in an entertaining way. The secondary aim was to inform people as to the origins and history of the castles in York that were built by William the Conqueror! I thank all readers for your response because I get the impression that all stated objectives in writing "A Castle of Doomsday" have been met. I just hope that everyone enjoys the book and the way it was presented. Those of you who have read the book will remember that the wife of Edward II, who was estranged from his wife called Isobella because of his homosexual ways; was finally bought to heel when Isabella raised an army, invaded England and removed him from power. I feel that has the makings of a great story and it may well become the next book after I finish writing "Arminius and Thusnelda Versus Rome". Kind regards - Michael G KramerOMIEAust.
