Just curious, 'white chocolate'. I want the story.

Is this about a dislike for it that I’ve professed somewhere? Very well, have at it: white “chocolate” isn’t chocolate at all; in the sense that it possesses absolutely no “chocolate”. It’s made from cocoa butter and a heart-stopping amount of sugar, tastes like almost nothing, and has none of the merits of *actual* chocolate. You could call it “white cocoa butter product” and love that, I guess, but I still wouldn’t. I hope that helps. Lol.
