An actual conversation in my house…

An actual conversation that took place in my house just a few hours ago:

Husband:  Are you going to watch the Grammy's?

Me:  No.

Husband to 7 year old Son:  What about you?

Son:  No.

Husband leaves room to go watch Grammys.

7 year old son:  What happens at the Grammys?

Me:  People get awards for singing really well.

7 year old son:  So what is it?  A bunch of old lady Grannies singing?  And then they get prizes?  And why do they call them Grammies instead of Grannies?
