Dantzel Cherry is the author of over twenty published short stories and novelettes. 

She started writing in college but decided she needed to push herself. So she signed up for a writer’s bootcamp facilitated by Orson Scott Card, where she learned about the short story market.

It was through writing short stories that she developed her voice and learned to tell compact, heartfelt stories that get people excited and make people laugh.
