This was a solid book. I liked the twist on the traditional model as well, it was refreshing.
I do wish there’d been more chapters from Rowan’s point of view, especially in the beginning. The very early chapters were crying out for it and I was so relieved to finally see him appear when it did.
I also really liked Sydney, but would’ve liked to have seen more of Brayden. I think Rowan needed a closer friend.
The twists in this book were good, although some were a little predictable.
Still, it’s an enjoyable book. An easy read with not too much going on that you have to worry about. Give it a go.
