Well, this series started for me as a guilty pleasure, but advanced itself into my top favourite stories fast. I, for one, cannot wait to read the new book. Thanks for the update!

You know the feeling when one’s fantasizing about totally ridiculous situations in idle moments of the day where one gets to be powerful or heroic in said situation? (Or maybe it’s just a male thing, but judging by the popularity of superhero movies these days I’m definitely not alone.) Well, the first book made me like the protagonist’s character and the story based on this feeling I tried to describe (considering that he is a powerful warrior who constantly carries out heroic deeds) and since I’m not exactly in that part of my life when these feelings can be chalked up as a teenager’s mind (healthy) development, I felt a little embarassed at first for how much I enjoyed reading about Fel’annár, hence my comment about guilty pleasure. But the story quickly hooked me in and I quickly moved past my slight embarassment because of it, hence my eager waiting for the story to continue. :) And I’m not saying that my initial feelings were wrong or illogical or something one should be embarassed about. I’m saying I just was for some reason and that’s it. I hope I could explain it clearly.
