I can’t believe I’m writing this right now. BLOGILATES IS IN TARGET!!!!!!!

We’ve been working on this for the past year and I haven’t let myself believe this was real. I mean, I still don’t think this is real. Target is my FAVORITE store ever and to have a spot in there with my very own Blogilates collection…. like, what??!?!! I don’t even know how to process this.

I love Target so much (like many of you, I am sure) because they always have the best stuff. I never go into Target knowing what I need. Target will tell me. That’s usually how it works. Their aisles are filled with quality and gorgeous goodies that are guaranteed to make my life prettier and better.

And that’s exactly how I designed the Blogilates line.

I loveeeee good design and when I am surrounded by motivating colors, textures, and eye-catching things, I feel inspired. I feel happy. I feel a lil’ extra pep in my step. After seeing the same old dumbbells, resistance bands, booty bands, and fitness equipment out there, I saw something missing. I was tired of seeing the colors of stoplight red and turf green while I was working out. Why couldn’t these colors be more inspirational? More… exciting?!

Seeing that there was a HUGE market missing in fitness equipment, I decided to fuse together function and fashion. I wanted you to be inspired by the aesthetics of your workout gear while still getting in an amazing workout.

This new collection for Target is just that. We’re diving into the colors of blushes, duck eggs, and teals with a celestial vibe. I’m talking gold accents in the most thoughtful places and for the first time ever (like EVER in the history of ever): GOLD DUMBBELLS. Because YESSSSSSSS, that is what we need to get in that extra rep!

I want your workout gear to be an extension of yourself, so that’s why each item in this collection is a statement piece. It’s one-of-a-kind. Just like you.

I feel so incredibly lucky to be able to have this opportunity to design for sooo many people on such a large scale. I truly hope that these products speak to all that see it, whether or not they know who Blogilates and our community is. I don’t care – I just want them to love it and help them find that spark for fitness. That is my ultimate hope.

And one other thing. I didn’t know if I would mention this, but I think it’s important.

To be honest, I was actually really scared of this national launch. The truth is, I didn’t want my image plastered all over the packaging because I was afraid my Vietnamese-Chinese face and skin color would turn off customers who weren’t used to seeing someone who looked like me in their stores. I thought it would hurt sales. The reality is, this deeply rooted insecurity came from a place of being told my whole life that my ethnicity was a barrier to my success. But that thinking has to stop now. I don’t want other little Asian American girls walking into the fitness section at the mall and not seeing anyone who looks like them. This Target drop is not just about product. It’s about representation.

And so this launch is not just about one singular thing. It’s the culmination of many years of hard work, never giving up, representation, and most importantly, you. I couldn’t have done it with you. Our positive, inspiring, and one-of-a-kind community exists because of you. Thank you so much.

Blogilates Gold Weights: 3 LBS, 5 LBS, 8 LBS

OMGGGGGG. AHHHH THE WEIGHTS!!!!!!

This is my ultimate favorite in the entireeeee collection!

I designed these when I was looking for beautiful gym gear when I was building out my home gym. I legit could not find anything except for basic black and silver dumbbells. I mean, those are fine, but I wanted a statement piece. I almost went to a welder to ask if they could make me some custom gold dumbbells but it was really expensive, so I nixed that idea. Instead, I decided to design my own! And now you get to use them, too!

Look at those colors of blush, duck egg, and teal! ANDD they have a soft cushion grip so your hands will be super happy through every rep! I love how beautiful these look – they seriously motivate me and get me soooooo excited to work out!!!!

Blogilates Premium Grip Socks

Perfect for Pilates or Yoga, these gorgeous grip socks keep you from slipping! I designed them with an open toe so you can still have that connection to your mat as you practice while still staying in place.

The soft ballerina ties make you feel graceful, plus, let’s be honest… they are super cute and fun!!! Designed with celestial knit on top and celestial grippy stars on the bottom, you will feel like your feet are out of this wooooorld

Blogilates 2-Pack Booty Bands

YESSSSSS you are going to LOVEEEE this one! Booty bands are one of my favorite pieces of equipment because it’s so simple but EFFECTIVE. Plus, it’s easy to take with you anywhere you go. Made to really work the booty and thighs, I designed this be made with a fabric band instead of the regular elastic one. Why?! Fabric bands are softer on the skin, more supportive, and don’t pinch!!! Super important.
