
My normal cheesecake plus a candied pecan topping at the request of a neighbor. Kept the other half clean because a certain someone doesn’t like pecans.

Recipe for cheesecake (adapted from my mother’s recipe which I think she found from a late 1960s Cooking Light): 
1. Mix and pat into the bottom of a spring form pan: tbsp melted unsalted butter, 3 tbsp packed brown sugar, & 1 sleeve Graham crackers (crushed) 
2. Bake at 350 for 10 mins
