One more question that I have struggled with the trip flags: If you have multiple projects, how do you know which project does the flag refer to in a notebook? This has been a bit challenging. Thanks, Vikas

Hey, Vikas. That’s a really good question. Because the flags are just to denote what action items I have or things of particular interest, I’m not as worried about which specific project they’re tied to. I have tried using smaller flags and more colors to denote specific projects, but my projects tend to change so much that this just didn’t work for me. 

The thing I love about this whole system is that it’s very adaptable, I’d encourage you to find your own variations that work for you. There’s so many journaling systems out there, you can probably find aspects of different systems you could combine. That is how I came up with this approach in the first place.
