My newest novel, Mothers of Pine Way, explores the complex issues surrounding multi-generational and multi-cultural relationships between mothers and their children. Add to it the challenges of infidelity, alcoholism, self-harm, racism, and all of which even occurs in those quaint small towns across America. Small towns are microcosms of the greater world around them. They are not shielded from the tumult of society, but are very much a part of it, reflecting the worst, the best, and everything in-between that humanity presents.
