When the pandemic began it completely wrecked my daily routine and sent me into a downwards spiral. In order to try to hold on, I developed the bad coping mechanism of oversleeping. I would snooze for hours every day. It was really bad.
But.
That was four months ago.
Four months ago I printed out a calendar and wrote a reminder across the top:
“You are what you consistently do.”
I was a snoozer, an oversleeper, and I didn’t like that. I was wasting a lot of time, and the guilt that followed was worse...
