Kevin Carson A socialist model based on predistribution through basic property rights definition -- commons-based land and resource ownership, free software, basic income, large amounts of direct production for use in the commons via micromanufacturing and Permaculture, etc. -- is vastly preferable to one based on bureaucratic central planning.
