All week this album’s been coming up in conversation. All-time favorite. When something is 100%, it mathematically can’t get any more full. That’s why I don’t much have favorites. I’ve loved several movies 100%. Am 100% on a buncha colors. And foods. And people. So not many favorites. But Pretty Hate Machine is by far and away my hands-down all-time favorite album. No album had had the influence of witness on my life that this album did. Do you have a clear, no questions asked, all-time favorite album? Gimme the goods…
