Bev, I think you've already read the first edition of the Seventh of December. You left me a splendid review. The second edition has a subtitle "The Czarina's Necklace" as there are a dozen other titles on the market with the same name as the book. However, all the typos and missed words have been fixed, there's an author's note (which you can read on the book page on my website) explaining how Tommy isn't such an over-achiever when compared to the man he was modelled after, Mo Berg, the American war time spy.
There's a substantial prologue, to set the book up as I intended as an action/adventure novel and there's some streamlining of the prose. I had it re-edited by the UK editor who has done my other 6 books, so it's in a more familiar style.
The sequel is in edits now, due out in the middle of 2021.
Thank you for your continuing feedback and support

I cancelled and then re-ordered the Czarina's Necklace with Amazon [you mention a pivotal character who was deleted from my edition but appears in book 4 of the series] . And you really shouldn't worry about typos, missing words etc,, It's not a complete understatement to say that every single story I read nowadays has typos and other errors, and they've supposedly been edited and proofread too. Don't be too hard on yourself 😏.
Should've known of course that the 'original' over-achiever was a Yank [to keep things in line with the time period 😉😉]...will look him up on your website. Really looking forward to Tommy and Henry's continuing wartime adventures [roll on 2021!!] Stay safe and well. 💙
