The Only Thing I Could Think To Do On Election Day

Look, today’s going to be a rough day, no matter how you slice it. I would love to be wrong and to discover by, oh say, 9 p.m. tonight that there was a clear decisive victory and we could all go to bed, but the likelihood is nil. And anything I post on this blog today is going to pale in the face of the massive situation in which our country finds itself. We don’t know what’s going to happen, so to deal with this not knowing I’m going to have to do something as sweet and mild as possible.
