Slightly embarrassingly, when this went out on Sunday I had only this month’s Deep Dive workshop in the calendar. Naturally, this includes a deeper version of Leading with Outcomes, but still! So in gratitude to Jay and Mike the first public Agendashift workshop of 2021 will be Leading with Outcomes, scheduled late enough in the my (UK) afternoon for folks based in the Americas to join.
