For me, clean reads, without bad language and unnecessary sexual situations, are definitely a plus. Personally, though, I don't read "psychological thrillers" as such; it's just not the kind of thing that draws me to fiction. While I like mysteries and enjoy situations of suspense and danger, I prefer reliable narrators and fairly straightforward plotting, without a lot of head games. If I read something that's billed as a "thriller" (and I'm usually skeptical of the term), it would be something more on the lines of an action or supernatural thriller. Of course, that's just me! :-)
