JUST THREE MORE MONTHS…

…of winter. Le sigh.

It's slightly less cold and slightly less dark than the last three months, but this winter has been a trial. I live close enough to the airport to hear planes taking off, and that rumble is starting to adopt a siren-song quality.

Today it's sunny, and we've conducted Epic Shopping, having not properly grocery shopped since the first days of January. Don't even ask about the composite pasta I put together for dinner last night. We all just sort of poked at it, shook our heads mournfully, and ate what seemed edible.

I'm settling down with my first coffee of the day, with the intention of finishing a proposal to discuss with my agent. It's a story set in springtime and I'm super enthusiastic to write it, probably because I wistfully hope that writing it might cause the seasons to shift just a bit quicker. Denial, I has it.

If you're feeling lucky, there are still a few Don't Bite the Messenger giveaways open. Let's see…

One day left at Romancing the Darkside (where it's raining hearts, people, HEARTS)

Two days at Red Hot Books.

The Vampire Book Club giveaway runs through the 7th.

Thanks to all who've taken a chance on this novella, including so many perfect strangers and their lovely, insightful reviews. Thanks to everyone who has supported me with this book. Though I don't hear all the conversations or see every tweet or post, I know you're our there spreading the word and I do appreciate it.
