For the first time in history, the AFL grand final will be played outside Melbourne, and there will be a brand new start time for the decider between the Richmond Tigers and Geelong Cats.
While the grand final has always had an afternoon opening bounce in years gone past, the 2020 instalment will be a nighttime match for the first time in AFL history.
