When September Ends…monthly recap and a contest!

For me, September felt like the month that never ended. First of all, we had EARLY snow. Ugh. It killed everything in my garden that had been limping along since our 4 separate hail storms this summer. So I had my fireplace on for a couple of days and then we were back up to mid-80s so I had the air-conditioner running. I usually love having the windows open in the fall, but the smoke situation means that’s not an option.
