The Lord is My Protector

I’m a believer. For more than 20 years I led a nonprofit Children’s Ministry where I assisted children around the world. I believe God created me for a purpose and has given me potential to bless humanity.

I don’t push my faith on anyone and my goal today is to simply encourage those of like faith to remember God is our protector and provider. These are challenging times for many people. Personally, it feels good to me to live my life based on Psalms 23.

“The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.” – Psalm 23 New International Version

I believe this scripture with my whole heart. When I was a young boy growing up in the Bahamas my grandmother made it mandatory we learn Psalms 23. Now at 44 years old, I look back over my life and I’m appreciative of the principles I’ve learned through leaning on this scripture in the Bible.

My friend, as you’re reading this, I want you to know the God who lives inside of you is greater than any evil force outside of you!

- He fights for you!

- He heals you!

- He delivers you!

- He blesses you!

- He gives you peace!

It’s important for you to establish this healthy belief that allows you to be able to navigate through these unpredictable days we are all experiencing.  You survived some stuff and now it’s time for you to declare that no weapon form against me shall prosper.

Declare with confidence: God is my protector.  Learn Psalms 23 for yourself and embrace the scripture as a foundational truth for you and your family. No matter what you’re going through, remind yourself you’ve got a protector.

When you change what you think and how you speak you change what you attract!

I have a challenge for you and I hope you will accept it. Mediate upon and decree this for 30 days:

Only good, wealth, abundance, peace, joy, success and prospering opportunities come to me in unprecedented and unexpected ways! I'm a daily recipient of them all!
