I’m my weakest at two times of the day, every day.
The first is when my morning alarm goes off up through being out of bed for the first five minutes or so. I have to imagine a lot of people can relate, but without a doubt, I fail the most during this time. I have absolutely no willpower, no resolve. The only thing that can save me from this time of the day is when I *have* to do something.
I think that’s why working out first thing out of bed has been so helpful for me. It short circuits ...
