Distribution

This week Ingram, the largest book distributor in the U.S., made Transcending Depression available to its vast network of bookstores. However, bookstores can buy the book directly from me at a discount of 50%, superior to Ingram's. I will also grant this discount to anyone ordering five or more copies.
