When the lady on the phone won’t tell you why your Covid-19 test results aren’t available yet, even though they were supposed to be available after 36 hours and it’s now been 64 hours, and can’t understand basic logic. Apparently they only call you if you’re positive, and the lady on the phone admitted that they always notify the positive cases within 24 hours so that they can start contact tracing, etc, but can’t grasp the notion that, if you’re definitely not positive, it must by definition mean that your results were negative. I asked straight up - and bear in mind, this was after, and I shit you not, THREE HOURS of waiting on hold, so my patience was not in its *finest* condition, if there was any chance whatsoever that I could be positive, or if was merely a question of there being bureaucratic delays in uploading all the negative results to their website. And she couldn’t answer the fucking question.

FOR GOD’S SAKE, JUST TELL ME THAT I DON’T HAVE COVID!!!!!
