Quick take: Why I am class-first and reject the botherism of "class and race"

Someone on Facebook was arguing that we should deal with class and race at the same time, without, of course, saying how to do that. I replied with this:

I think that ending poverty will be an enormous aid to ending the problems of racism, given that police killings are almost exclusively of poor people and racism is worst where economic gaps are greatest.

And there's the fact that no one has
