Jobform

 I have just found the greatest tool for generating user friendly online forms. It is named Jobform. What I like best about Jobform is that the each completed form is sent back as an email that is easy to understand... unlike other form tools where the results look like csv file for Ms Excell. Another extremely nice feature is that all the completed forms are stored on Jobform's server where you can examine them and easily get summary reports in the form of Pie Charts.
