Today, because it's Tuesday and raining, because it's October and getting colder, and because my dad was serving in Vietnam the day I was born, I'm giving away three (3) Cuisinart Prep Plus 11-cup Food Processors. It was the only thing left to do, given the circumstances.

Next to my mixer and my knives, I don't think there's anything more irreplaceable in my kitchen arsenal than my food processor. Whether it's chopping and mixing ingredients for hot artichoke dip or grinding toasted pecans...
