We are on the lookout for a Marketing Manager to conduct our marketing orchestra. A person who is an expert marketing strategist, fluent in digital marketing strategies and execution, can get their hands dirty in schedules and project timeframes, loves working in a virtual team, and most of all is wholly dedicated to helping millions of people live better lives through the Sarah Prout brand. The perfect fit for this role is someone who has a significant amount of experience being in the weeds of marketing, as well as managing a marketing team, and has a very specific, tangible and proven track record both bringing in results and managing projects.

A Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. They use market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning and oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager reports marketing and sales results to senior executives and Chief Marketing Officer/CEO.

Job Brief
If you live and breathe marketing, we want to work with you. This is a remote position — we’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our sales channels.
As a successful hire, you will be reporting to the CEO/CMO and responsible for developing pricing strategies, identifying new customers, supporting lead generation efforts, and creating promotions with our advertising managers.
Your core focus will be increasing membership in The Manifesting Academy. You should have experience in membership site operations in general and retention strategies in specific. Bonus points if you are a member of Stu McLaren’s Tribe community.
Marketing Manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
To be a successful candidate, you will need prior experience with creating marketing campaigns and strategies, as well as online marketing and social media strategy.
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop company brand awareness strategies and tactics and drive qualified traffic to our front door
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts — evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Oversee marketing material, from website banners to case studies, and work with Sarah directly on design
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction
Identifying new customers
Creating promotions
Evaluating competitors
Job Requirements
Native English-speaker and ability to work remotely with US timezone
Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
Experience with online marketing, including social media and content marketing
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, Infusionsoft, ReCharge, WordPress, etc.
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
A sense of aesthetics to maintain brand consistency at all times and a love for great copy, specificity, and witty communication
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
