ARE YOU MISSING ON THIS IMPORTANT THING?

Why being PRESENT might be the key to better your health and well-being! ⁣

Whilst this isn’t the first time I’ve talked about this and it won’t be the last, and it is the thing what matters the most -  CONSISTENCY! ⁣

It’s so easy for me to tell you ways to become more present or the importance of it, but if we aren’t applying it regularly we can wind up feeling lost, overwhelmed and uncertain.⁣


Being PRESENT can actually allow you to be more in tune with your body as it changes our state. Like whether you are actually hungry, or your body needs a rest. It could be that being present allows you to have more clarity on certain situations in making healthier decisions. Quietening the mind, getting rid of some of the ridiculous chatter from the little voices in your head. ⁣

Your overall wellbeing is about so much more than what you look like, it’s the mental, emotional and spiritual factors alongside the physical. This is why I focus on understanding your mind and changing your mindset for better your health. ⁣

When you can connect with your true self and listen to the right voices, absorb the beauty around you in every moment you will be happy. This is being truly present! When you are in a state of happiness, it positively effects everything around you, including your health. ⁣

So if you’re feeling a little lost, a little uncertain about things, take 5 DEEP BREATHS, slow down, and just take in your surroundings, be in the present moment and notice how your state changes.
When you are able to shut down all the swirling thoughts by taking the moment to be completely present is one the greatest gifts you can give to yourself.
