Tease #2

Here is the back cover blurb for Equipoise:

Ennek, the son of the Chief, and Miner, a former slave, have escaped the totalitarian city-state of Praesidium and remain fugitives. Having defeated two mighty wizards, they begin to realize that complete freedom can be as dangerous as absolute power. In this final book in the trilogy that began with Stasis and continued with Flux, Ennek and Miner face battles, corruption, and further journeys through lands both new and familiar. As they grow more secure in their relationship with one other, they're also learning that the greatest challenges sometimes come from very close to the heart and that everything of value has a price. With the help of a few allies, they seek equipoise—a balance for themselves and for their world.

Yvonne argh, and I still haven't read Flux

Kim I'm going to make it available for free on Kindle for 5 days when Equipoise comes out. :-)

Yvonne well... then I'd better get my Kindle app on the ipod touch working again.

message 4: by Kim (new)

Kim Exactly! :-) I have a Kindle device but sometimes read on my iPhone, which is a lot less obnoxious than I thought it would be.

message 5: by Yvonne (new)

Yvonne I don't have a Kindle, so the ipod touch is the only option for Kindle books

message 6: by Kim (new)

Kim The touch screen is the same as the iPhone, isn't it?

message 7: by Yvonne (new)

Yvonne yes, it's pretty much an iphone without camera - as I have an old model - and without microphone. Only has internet via wifi, but that's fine

message 8: by Kim (new)

Kim Sounds like it'll work fine for reading. You can also read Kindle stuff on computers.

message 9: by Yvonne (new)

Yvonne yes, it works fine for reading, have used it for pdf files before... probably wouldn't use it at home because of the tiny screen, but it's okay for travelling

Kim I use my iPhone for reading when I'm waiting for the kids after school, etc. It's handy.
