Launch week: It's been a trip!

The book finally officially launched on Monday. Since then I have been online what feels like 24 hours a day. A lot has gone live--from interviews to reviews to an AMA to a Big Idea post over on John Scalzi's Whatever blog--and I have been on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook all week to keep track, help the publishing house push the book, and be available to highlight great feedback and thank readers for their support.
