Future Book "Skylar's Retribution"

Hi Everyone,

In the Goodreads Author section there is a series of questions posed to Authors.

One of these was;

"To write a two sentence horror story."

My contribution;

'Skylar was getting ready to go and visit her Uncle Reese, and stood transfixed by her reflection in the mirror as she slowly combed her hair. She glimpsed something to her right, just beyond her field of vision and saw a distorted rendering of herself grossly elongated and disproportionate, like the Salvador Dali painting "The Persistence of Memory", it floated quickly towards her and was absorbed into her body.'

Once I had written this I had a flood of ideas to the point where I have already written a synopsis of the book and feel that it is an interesting and compelling story .

I will try allocating some time to the project every week. It may not be a long book. More in the 200-300 page range but it has an interesting perspective on revenge and retribution.
