The Dragon Fae...at least the Cover

We had violent storms that knocked out my internet, then my electricity yesterday, but everything's working again!!!

I've been busily working on The Highlander, Dougald's story, book 3 in the Winning the Highlander's Heart series. Donna promised me she's keeping Tom Silver, who is stuck in a blizzard in Colorado, nice and occupied until I get back to him. I'm not asking how she's keeping him entertained. Some secrets just shouldn't be revealed.

And I had a bit of fun with making the cover for the 5th book in the World of Fae series, Dragon Fae.

Doesn't she look like she could be one???

Off to work. It's going to be a really long week!

Have a super Hump Day!!!

Rachael :) will be great to see it once ya published it .. really enjoy ya books

Is this one like a role reversal where the girl is the main lead this time ?? instead of the hero ?

message 4: by Terry (new)

Terry Spear Actually, in The Dark Fae and The Ancient Fae, the girls are the lead character. Same with The Deadly Fae, come to think of it! :)

I love YA books also. :)

Rachael Cool i love books like that makes a change from the hero being the main lead and alpha :)

havent read any of the fae books yet

Terry Spear OMG, no??? They've been super popular, which is why after I wrote The Dark Fae, I ended up writing a series!

But I also have The Trouble with Demons, about 3 kids who are part demon, part human, and I've had a blast with those. The second in the series, Demon Trouble Too, just came out and my demon teen team of demon fighters has expanded. I've had several fan requests for more, have a cover, just need to write the story. :) This also started out in the heroine's pov in both stories.

Kiss of the Vampire is the first of the Blood Moon Series, and that is about a group of teen vampires who do right by the humans, but wrong according to the vampire rules. And I have the cover for the next in the series on that!

I just need to quit the day job so I can write all these stories! :)

And then there's The Beast Within. Now it's one of my favorite stories about berserker Norsemen, and two teens who are caught up in a tale of curses and reincarnation as their love will never die. :) There is a vampire in that story, and I'm thinking that Kiss of the Vampire and The Beast Within might link in a sequel. :) You never know!

Rachael yeah thats prob about the only genre i havent read about is fae/ fairies and angels .....(unless ya count a lil in the sookie stackhouse books with her being part fae) :)

LOL but im loving the PNR / Highlander Genre .. i find it hard to go back to regular human/ human romances after that *laughs*
yeah i have read a few YA ones too *blush* and im 33 but some are pretty good like twilight and vamp acadamy etc .... like the sound of ya trouble with demons sounds interesting

have read ya heart of the wolf series (and a few short stories of yours) and love them .. though i think ive told ya that before -- sorry if i have haha i forget sometimes :)

Terry Spear Rachael, we're never too young or old to forget. LOL! And thanks! :) I love historicals and I love YA...,and paranormals, and...oh well...I just love romance. :)

message 9: by Rachael (new)

Rachael hehehe :) yeah been a reader of romance since i was 12 (so over 20 yrs now .. seems scary how long!)
started off with just mills and boons (as ya do) and only just discovered PNR about 3 yrs ago .... but love em all !!!

whats your fav genre to write ?

message 10: by Terry (new)

Terry Spear I LOVE historical and Paranormal. I don't write as much straight romance. Somehow paranormal heroes or Highland hunks are so much more...hunky. :)
