Time I Cannot Manage

At what point in life do you make your hobby into a career? I loveto write and I try to write whenever I can, but I am finding that this is all Iwant to do. I wish I could spend more time on my computer creating, than to sitting in front of some else computer. I mean yes it is a wonderful paycheck, but Ifeel like my creative juices are being sucked from me.
