iOS 13.1: Should You Update?

The version of iOS 13.1 is already out, and this is an emergency fix to repair the bug nest that was iOS 13. Each iPhone running iOS 13 will, therefore, have to update to work correctly, but should you update if you are running iOS 12? Explanations below.
