thank you for the update! Really looking forward to reading more about Ryan and Phillip and the gang!
I kind of feel sorry for you because it will be very hard to outshine the first book. It was amazing.
Thank you for the update. It must be hard to write a second book in a series and keep it as interesting, you are not the first author to have this problem and I am glad to see you at least want to put it right and not just publish, then have loads of people saying it's not as good as the first etc... some just rush out stuff and then wonder why everyone stops reading them. Anyway Good Luck and hope you get it right soon am looking forward to reading it.
I was just watching a documentary on Harper Lee, she said there was a lot of pressure on her after she wrote "To Kill A Mocking Bird" and she felt that she could never live up to that first book. Her close friend said she (Harper) wished she would have just taken the plunge but she was scared and kept second guessing herself. Remember Lisa Valdez? It took her four or five years to write a follow-up to her first book, Passion.
I'm still waiting on Jane Seville to write a sequel to Zero At The Bone. She said it would be out in 2010, then 2011 but I don't think it's going to happen.
Funny how some authors, (Josh Lanyon, L.A. Witt) can write so quickly, and clearly I have no talent for writing, just adding a few comments. Really enjoyed the first book Crystal. Good Luck.
So i was thinking that theres been no updates from this author in 3 years. Maybe she passed away. Just a thought.
Tina wrote: "So i was thinking that theres been no updates from this author in 3 years. Maybe she passed away. There are a lot of Indie authors who do this, I wonder how they would fare if they were with the main stream publishing houses, you really have to be dead to get away with not writing the sequels and sometimes even then the next ones are ready in the rough and get published posthumously. I don't think we are ever going to see another book from this lady.
